1. Participant must abide by the rules and regulation of event, as well as any arrangement made by the organiser.
2. Australia Piano World customers have the priority for participation.
3. The organiser reserved the right to delay the concert or cancel it. Your fee will be refunded if the concert is cancelled.
4. The organiser reserved the rights to reject the registration and refuse entry for unwelcomed guests.
5. There is no refund of any portion of the entry fee if you withdraw for any personal reason. The tickets are nontransferable.
6. The organiser shall not be liable for any injury sustained by the participant during the event.
7. The organiser reserved the rights to use the images and recordings. No fees will be paid to participant for the use of such image and recording.
8. The explanation given by Australia Piano World with regards to results, rules and regulation of the event is deemed final and cannot be disputed. Australia Piano World reserves the rights to amend the rules and regulations.
9. One invoice can be used for registration with one complimentary entry without registration fees.  For Australia Piano World customers who trade-in their piano bought in the same store for another piano, only the newest invoice can be used for registration.
