1. 1. The participant agrees to comply with all event rules and arrangements made by the organiser.
   2. Australia Piano World customers will be given priority booking.
   3. The organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the concert. In the event of cancellation, ticket fees will be fully refunded.
   4. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if necessary.
   5. There is no refund of any portion of the entry fee if you withdraw for any personal reason. The tickets are nontransferable.
   6. The organiser shall not be liable for any injury sustained by the participant during the event.
   7. The organiser reserves the right to use photographs and recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes without further compensation.
   8. The explanation given by Australia Piano World with regards to results, rules and regulation of the event is deemed final and cannot be disputed. Australia Piano World reserves the rights to amend the rules and regulations.
   9. One invoice can be used for registration with one complimentary entry without registration fees.  For Australia Piano World customers who trade-in their piano bought in the same store for another piano, only the newest invoice can be used for registration.
