1. Participant must abide by the rules and regulation of event, as well as any arrangement made by the organiser.
2. Australia Piano World customers have the priority for participation.
3. The organiser reserved the rights to postpone or cancel the event. Your fee will be refunded if the concert is cancelled.
4. The organiser reserved the rights to reject the registration and refuse entry for unwelcomed guests.
5. There is no refund of any portion of the entry fee If you withdraw for any personal reason (including, but not limited to, medical reasons).
6. The organiser shall not be liable for any injury sustained by the participant during the event.
7. The organiser reserved the rights to use the images and recordings. No fees will be paid to participant for the use of such image and recording.
8. All winners must attend the prize giving ceremony and accept the prize in person. Prizes will not be given to winner who is absent from the ceremony.
9. The explanation given by Australia Piano World with regards to results, rules and regulation of the event is deemed final and cannot be disputed. Australia Piano World reserves the rights to amend the rules and regulations.
